There are internal agenciesas follows:
 
1) General Management Group has the duties to 
1.1) Operate on general administration. and be the helper of the division.
1.2) Provide financial management and accounting systems, budgeting, human resource management, administration, documentation, procurement, parcels and equipment, conventionality, data and information, meeting, contact and coordination, follow-up indicators and internal control system of the division to meet the target. as defined.
1.3) Work with or support the performance of other related or assigned agencies.

 
2) Academic and Cooperative Group has the duties to 
2.1) Study, analyze and research on the development of standards and individual competencies on related tourism.
2.2) Make a policy proposal and human development plan for tourism.
2.3) Collaborate and strengthen the network of public and private sector organizations, both domestic and international about the development of tourism personnel. and jointhe development of tourism personnel.
2.4) Promote public relations and the development of relevant tourism personnel, including the establishment of a training center and evaluation center in accordance with the agreement on the recognition of professional qualifications of ASEAN tourism.
2.5) Perform secretarial work for the board, subcommittee and the working group established under the agreementand relevant laws.
2.6) Work with or support the performance of other related or assigned agencies.

 
3) Promotion and Development Group of Tourism Professional has the dutiesto
3.1) Study, analyze, prepare and review training courses for tourism personnel.
3.2) Promote and support the potential development of personnel in tourism.
3.3) Encourage and support tourism personnel to be certified the standard on tourismas required by law.
3.4) Promote, support and monitor ASEAN master trainers and assessors.
3.5) Promote, support, develop, monitor and certify trainers, national master assessors and related tourism personnel.
3.6) Give advice and monitor the evaluation of tourism personnel who have been qualified.
3.7) Perform secretarial work for the board, subcommittee and the working group established under the agreementand relevant laws.
3.8) Cooperate with or support the performance of other related or assigned agencies.

 
4) Registration and Assessment Group has the duties to
4.1) Carry out the inspection and issue the certification of the training center and the personnel evaluation center for tourism to be in line with the agreement. and relevant laws.
4.2) Monitor the operation of the training center and the personnel evaluation center for tourism to be certified.
4.3) Carry out the revision and amendment of the law, ministerial regulations, rules and regulations relating to the development of tourism personnel as required by law.
4.4) Carry out complaint management related to the development of tourism personnel as required by law.
4.5) Establish a database of personnel records on ASEAN tourism,training centers, assessment centers, ASEAN master trainers and assessors, national trainers andassessorsand related tourism personnel.
4.6) Perform secretarial work for the board, subcommittee and the working group established under the agreementand relevant laws.
4.7) Cooperate with or support the performance of other related or assigned agencies.


5)Foreign Affairs Group has the duties to 
5.1) Promote, support and develop the international tourism cooperation with relevant public and private sector organizations.
5.2) Facilitate travel to the foreign affairs of the department's executives and officials.
5.3) Prepare documentation and information for the National and International Conference on Tourism and othersrelated to the department.
5.4) Coordinate public and private sector agencies, both domestic and international on tourism or any other tasks related to the department.
5.5) Follow up the progress of the tourism cooperation mission and prepare a cooperation plan for presentations in various cooperation platforms, including the development of the knowledge of tourism and international cooperation published in the department and related agencies in the country.
5.6) Develop international tourism cooperation based on the obligations of tourism membership,multilateral obligations and bilateral obligations.
5.7) Be the representatives of the department to attend meetings, discuss negotiations and other related activities.
5.8) Work with or support the performance of other related or assigned agencies.
